The Energy Performance Certificate(EPC) is a document prepared by an assessor which rates your property on a scale from A to G which shows how energy efficient your property is. Newer builds will likely have much better ratings than older properties.

The report will show the cost and efficiency of lighting and heating your home. The worse the rating the more you'll be paying.
